Ensure defined targets from Building Automation, Emergency lighting and BMS are achieved through System Integrators (SI) from local market.
Provide realistic forecast and to ensure corrective actions for the gap between the actual and forecast, coordinate with client, consultant, contractor and SIs to ensure profitable sales of Electrification products in projects. Assure market segment coverage in terms of Hospitality, Smart home, Commercial applications.
Establish good relationship with Key accounts & customers in the marketplace and follow-up projects closely from the tendering stage. Measure percentage of ABB share compared to competitors with each channel to enhance our share.
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts that require SI participation coordinate the communication, promotion, and training activities in the channel. Ensure effective channel management, better market coverage, new customer hunt, product knowledge, selling (with feature then with price) and presentation skills for better sales.
Monthly review with all the channels and key accounts with MOM with clear action plan. Coordinate with sales support, logistic & supply chain to have smooth execution of orders/projects. Prepare offers in coordination with the Sales support. Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
