الوصف الوظيفي
- Highly sought after NSW Government Organisation
- Up to $1300 per day plus Super
- 1 year contract + Extension
Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Change Lead to join their team.
In this role, you will be providing high level advice regarding how to approach change to best support implementation and those impacted by change
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning to support Dep Sec management of change including restructure (some known, some expected) including strategy, implementation plan and comms plan (including messaging)
- Business Analysis to support planning and implementation
- Advice regarding strategy but also during implementation
- Writing and coordinating comms
Selection Criteria:
- Ablility to work with people along all stages of project(s)
- Above average English communication skills
- Ability to translate theory into practice and develop fit for purpose plan/strategy
On offer is a 12 month contract with high possibility of extension at a highly sought after NSW Government Organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
