Position: Sales Support Officer (Indoor)
1. Job Scope
Manage day to day sales enquiries via phone, email.
Prepare Quotation (Air / Ocean / Logistic / CBT).
Manage weekly, monthly reports.
Prepare Debit Note and Credit Note.
Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Air / Ocean / Logistic / CBT).
Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal colleagues as well as oversea offices.
Work alongside with Outdoor Sales Team to develop Sales business opportunities.
Requirements
Optimistic, Positive and Proactive
Effective communication and Interpersonal skills
Proficient in speaking English
Keen to make an effort and pursue areas of improvement
Able to cope and work under pressure or overtime if required
Able to perform independently or connect well in a team player environment
General knowledge on excel format if any
Relevant experience and knowledge in freight forwarding industry.
Location : Changi
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm
