The role of Sponsorship Content Specialist is creator and also oversees the day-to-day development of content capture and production about our sponsorships properties to maximize brand visibility, brand purpose and connection to the property, story-telling, and advocacy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
- Oversee day to day management of key relationships both directly with our partners and their agencies involved in content capture and production
- Lead the content marketing strategy for sponsorship activations across internal business units (media, social media, marketing and PR)
- Create and execute tactical marketing & brand content campaigns to drive brand results led by sponsorship strategy KPI
- Manage regional & global content projects in relation to sponsored properties (influencers, ambassadors, agencies and media advertising)
- Brand guardian to ensure all advertising, brand signage, & other marketing collaterals are meeting This Company branding guidelines and to maximize brand exposure
- Develop and manage sponsorship activation content
- Provide ongoing support for all partner activations
- Oversee the delivery of all partner content benefits and rights
- Develop and maintain partnership content briefs in alignment with Business Communications and Planning team.
- Maintain master content calendar for brand sponsorships and partnerships
- When required, engage in content capture, development, and editing for gorilla activities and real-time broadcasts
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor s /advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of 10 years experience in Marketing/ Sport Marketing & Sponsorship
- Deep content creator skills, including multi-media photo, video and audio capture, video editing and production for social media.
- Strong interpersonal skills: a natural collaborator and relationship builder who enjoys working in a team
- Exceptionally good presentation and written communication skills
- A high level of both proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Commercially-minded and committed to global social change through arts, culture and business.
- Problem solving, solution orientated mentality
- Travel flexibility
- Strong project management skills
- Agency or Rights-Holder background ideally working in sponsorship-based roles
- Project management and event management experience
- High literacy and attention to detail
