Your keyjobresponsibilities as theHead of StudioinBudapest, Hungarywill include:

• Lead the development of the studio
  
• Build a world class local team with the support of an experienced global management team
  
• Ensure that the operation is efficient and performance in accordance with the internal rules and regulation and systematically review all processes with the scope of consistently improving the quality of work in the studio for maximising the existent potential
  
• Work with other teams to develop new products, develop and execute promotional activities in the live games & provide expertise and in-depth knowledge in the production and scoping of the business cases and new projects
  
• Ensures high level of quality operations, proper workflows, and cost control by effective and efficient head count and scheduling of shifts
  
• Responsible for the budget of the studio
  
• Collaborate with the business and product teams to ensure that all new games, features, and studios are delivered in time and at the established standards
  

Requirements

Requirements for thisHead of Studio jobinBudapest, Hungary:

• Extensive experience in the iGaming industry
  
• Full stack developer with at least 7+ years experience
  
• 5+ years of building and leading development teams
  
• Great leadership and line management skills
  
• Flexible and agile: ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations a highly dynamic environment
  
• Able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence
