Main Purpose:

Will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.

Responsibilities:

Creating end-to-end product opportunities by analyzing business and customer needs, operational processes, and implications with clear hypotheses, problem statements, research, and findings

Work closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, Business, Marketing, and other functions to assess product priorities, establish a roadmap, and author detailed product requirements

Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics related to the product

Working with data team to analyze product behavior data from different perspectives

Drive product and feature launches and communication with customers and key stakeholders

Represent the company by visiting customers to gather feedback on Walaplus products and services.

Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product internally and externally

Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in breaking down complex problems.

Shipped a product or a feature to a large user base

Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Design, Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.).

Experience in data analytics, A/B testing, SQL, Tableau or equivalent.

Experience collaborating with User Experience Research (UXR) on user studies.

Passion for learning new technologies, with strong mindfulness of the pitfalls of early adoption.

Exceptional communication skills, open to giving and receiving honest feedback.

Excellent analytical and multitasking skills

Requirements

Any Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum 4 years of work experience.

Fluency in Arabic and English.
