IT Operations Engineer

Responsibilities:

Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines, and standards.

Supports customization and facilitates IT operations and maintenance processes.

.

Implements programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety.

.

Executes and/or organizes relevant testing

.

Designs and documents existing and changed IT operational processes.

.

Develops necessary service levels to fulfill business requirements.

.

Manage digital transformation with digitization and automation solutions including designing, developing, and maintaining local software applications using Digital and robotic process automation tools such as Microsoft Power Platform.

Skills:

.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

.

Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

.

Knowledge of computers, networking, and electronics.

.

Ability to identify the cause of processing problems and delays and to establish corrective actions.

.

Ability to research and evaluate numerous elements and alternatives.

.

Microsoft technical certifications are a plus

.

ITIL knowledge is a plus

Requirements

.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

.

From 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

.

ITIL knowledge is a plus

.

Fluency in Arabic and English.
