الوصف الوظيفي
- Maintain equipment stocks for outlets and sets up procedures for the effective tracking, monitoring and return of requisitions as well as ensuring that adequate stocks are in place to serve business needs.
- Provide training to team members on processes, procedures, customer service methods and other required training to uphold quality, safety and execute the departmental objectives as identified.
- Manage the day to day operations of the Stewarding Department ensuring that all standard operating procedures are followed by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and liaise with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of operations.
- Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety and Environment management procedures and controls within a defined area of activity so that Jumeirah Group provides world class and luxurious hospitality services to its guests.
- Direct the inventory of fixed assets in the stewarding storerooms on a periodic basis to maintain optimum inventory levels to serve all F&B outlets as required.
