الوصف الوظيفي
- Be professional and pleasant while interacting with walk-ins.
- Handle queries and address complaints.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate line.
- Communicating with Clients via SMS, Social Media, and phone calls within TAT.
- Check emails and respond within TAT
- Create and maintain the database for iclientstion regarding clients.
- responsible for Company sales.
- Target Completion.
Requirements
- Minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative e, or relevant position.
- Must be a Graduate.
- Must be familiar with office equipment usage.
- Computer Basics, M.S Office and Tally.
- Excellent communication skills (Spoken and written skills
- Problem-solving ability with analytical skills.
- Customer-oriented, professional and positive attitude.
- Good presentable personality.
- Gender: Both
- Shift Time: Rotational
