Senior Operation Manager, Freight Forwarding

• In charge of overseeing the entire operation, including international freight arrangements, the creation of customs declaration documents, and the coordination of customs clearance.
  
• In charge of coordinating and maximizing shipping and delivery resources, constantly lowering expenses, enhancing operational effectiveness, and raising profitability.
  
• Co-develop, implement, and manage a regional freight plan that complies with local/export tax and trade regulations while meeting corporate cost and service targets.
  
• Keep in touch with local and international sales, operations, and other functional departments to understand the delivery situation, handle various issues that arise during the transportation process, handle unusual shipments, and promptly update the shipping status.
  
• Review, update, and coordinate cross-border relatedsupply chain solution, operation, and service module processes internally.
  

Requirements

• Holds abachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
  
• Working experience of more than 10 yearsin air freight forwarding
  
• Excellent data analytic skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and data sensitivity
  
• Outstanding organizational abilities, teamwork and communication skills, a commitment to serving others, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  
• Results-driven and driven to progress
  
• Ableto operate in a time-constrained situation with many competing priorities.
  
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities as well as strong management and leadership abilities.
  
• Excellent spoken and written English skills. Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
