Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
- Issuing the turnaround and inspection plan along with operation and specialized vendor for the gas turbine
- Carrying out pre-meeting to identify the scope of work and required standard of turbine inspection
- Freezing detailed scope of work of upcoming turbine cycle
- Following Gates process (gates 1,2 and 3) as per CMS T&I manual
- Preparing and reviewing of risk register for small T&I s and tanks
- Following up with contractor to prepare/revise JSA and HIPs
- Following up with ALPD to review HIP and JSA
- Conducting Job-ex meeting and site visit for procuring SFC and MFC
- Supporting execution team to review and certify contract invoices
- Opening, planning and closing the T&I work orders
- Closing any procured contract after completion or extension if expired before completion
- Visiting Sites to measure/identify materials for ordering
- Identifying long lead materials
- Reviewing Technology scope submission for Maintenance activities
- Create Purchase requisitions for contracts
- Addressing any TILs highlighted by the vendor
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Should hold a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Testing, Commissioning and Operation of gas turbines in specific
- Adequate skills in condition monitoring, troubleshooting and RCA
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Oil and gas process
