Bilingual Technical Consultant (French & English)

This is a remote position.

Are you a Bilingual Technical Consultant (Fr/En) in the Environmental Health and Safety space?

Are you interested in joining a SaaS global enterprise company creating industry leading technology?

Do you enjoy liaising with clients during projects, leading technical discussions and providing technical subject matter expertise for company s applications?

Are you in Canada and hold a Citizenship or PR?

What you will be doing:

• Act as the primary liaison between company and their clients during project: projects meetings, tech discussions on database conversion, reviewing client legacy systems, etc.
  
• Liaise with product and engineering team
  
• Define and document technical requirements in the form of Change Requests
  
• Conduct System Admin and advanced Business Intelligence Reporting training sessions for clients
  
• 25% of travel in North America might be required
  

Requirements

What we re looking for:

• Graduate education in Health & Safety, industrial hygiene, computer science or business admin
  
• Experience in EHSQ is an asset
  
• Experienced in Java Script, PowerShell, Visual Basic for Applications, relational databases SQL or Oracle, Web services (SOAP, REST API s), SSO: ADFS, Shibboleth, Ping Federate, MIRTH or middleware tools
  
• Mentoring and problem solving skills
  
• Must be bilingual in English and French
