الوصف الوظيفي
- Discuss the Early Learning Center weekly activities plan with the ECE PM.
- Provide needed support to ELC staff by keeping them informed of day-to-day feedback Keep the staff informed about the instructional program and services, and conduct meetings as needed to ensure that the instructional programs run smoothly.
- Ensure staff adheres to educational standards and criteria as outlined in MOE Standards.
- Oversee the performance of KG teachers by ensuring that they are providing high-quality educational service, attending classes, and providing /coordinating for capacity building.
- Maintain Target achieving through the responsibility of the ECEC Project Assistant Reporting & Data Management Officer and support is provided in the mobilization process and defining registration criteria through me.
- Ensure parents have clear and accurate information about their child’s progress through their teachers and coordinate opportunities for community leaders to provide advice and support to the early childhood programs and the formation of PTA committees.
