Junior Business Analyst

A fantastic opportunity for a Junior level Business Analyst to join an award-winning technology company located in West Sussex.

Ideally you will have some project or systems analysis exposure or experience and are looking for a position where you can be further trained and mentored and coached by a talented and experienced team to drive your Business Analysis career forward. You will enjoy working within a fast paced and changeable environment and enjoy being busy and pro-active.

This is a fantastic progressive role for the right person!

There is some hybrid working on offer where you will be able to work from home 1-2 days a week. Please note: due to the rural location a car driver and own vehicle is essential.

Skills/Experience/Attributes:

• Ideally suit a Graduate or a College leaver that has studied an IT or Technical Degree or course
  
• Minimum of one-year commercial experience working within a technical/IT related role (such as helpdesk, systems analysis, data analyst)
  
• Strong experience in all Microsoft packages
  
• Excellent communication skills verbal, written and face to face
  
• Outstanding customer service skills
  
• An ambitious team player with a can do attitude
  
• Flexible and adaptable to change
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Takes accountability of work
  
• Any knowledge or experience of Power BI is useful
  
• Interested in Technology
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet important deadlines
