الوصف الوظيفي
- Testing and designing the production of equipment, modifying and repairing the technical flaws involved in equipment design / developmental procedure, and carrying out extensive repairing of existing equipment
- Preparing detailed technical specification for all the equipment in use, identifying, developing, and implementing the supporting complementary program for equipment designing and maintenance, and developing the tools and equipment required for actual equipment designing
- Coordinating with the staff members of other technical department for obtaining the technical specification report, compliance reports of support, and other on field test research reports for supporting the equipment designing procedure
- Understanding other aspects of equipment engineering processes like maintaining compliance with regulatory authorities regarding their technical specifications guidelines, warranty contract with distributors, and other manufacturing procedures with respect to budget and pricing
- Preparing brochures and self-help manuals covering tools and equipment's specification details, information on materials and safety procedures to be practiced during inspection, servicing, and cleaning the equipment
- Preparing technical reports, documents, and data sheets for office records, and presenting the same in seminars and conferences
- Reviewing the overall activities of manufacturing, product testing, compliance action, and acceptance activities undertaken during the equipment engineering processes, analyzing the findings with respect to company standards, and preparing technical reports with specification on equipment usage, maintenance, and safety precautions in consistent daily usage of the equipment
- Conducting training sessions for junior engineers, providing thorough training on designing, development, and maintenance of new and existing equipment manufactured by the organization, and instructing them on procedures to be carried out for repairing the same
