Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Caf Anatolia is a growing cafe chain with 12 branches throughout the North Island. We have an excellent reputation for fresh, healthy and Turkish cuisine made to order for our customers. We serve over 14000 customers in a week with a team of over 110 employees in the group.

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our Caf Anatolia team at our Te Awamutu Store.

This role focuses on delivering excellent service to customers and upholding Caf Anatolia standards, with core duties including: taking orders, cash handling, offering loyalty programme, food & drink preparation, serving customers and cleaning.

Hours of Work

We are currently looking for part time employees available for a range of evening and weekend shifts across 7 days, including public holidays.
