Production Planner - YACHTING

This list of tasks is an indication and not restrictive; the job objective is leading: Ordering materials and monitor the logistical material planning in relation to the project planning managing ERP company software (Navision). Maintaining contact with vendors in regards technical substantive question/requests. Calculating cost prices or required materials for production or (parts of) projects Main contact person for Procurement and Team Leaders about orders/material deliveries Participates and/ or actively managing work progress meetings Planning employee and/or production capacity Provides support to the Project Manager and executing team planning analyzing projects in order to identifies deviations and priorities . Report to the project manager and executing team onsite deviations in the scope of work Coordinating revisions of own and third parties documentation: drawings and technical papers in order to ensure all parts involved in the project have the updated mandatory information regarding the project. Collecting and recording technical documentation (e.g. manuals installations and certificates) Facilitate to the customer all the information related to the works at the finalization of the project

Technical electrical education on 3-ph industrial electrical installations. Knowledge and/ or of Microsoft programs Knowledge and/ or affinity with ERP systems Experience in work processes and planning English language fluently spoken and written is required.

Able to work autonomously preparing the project, discussing the project with the client as well with the suppliers and reporting findings to the project manager and/ or executing team on board.

Customer-friendly attitude, able and willing to work independently, sense of responsibility, collaboration and consultation, result-oriented, problem-solving skills, analysing problems.

Good oral and written level of English and Spanish

Occasionally you will work under a significant work load, mainly towards project delivery date. Occasionally you can be called in the weekends or evenings for service visits. Occasionally you will travel to other locations, national or international

Depending on Collective Labor Agreement plus professional background, experience and reached targets.
