In your role, you will:

• Design and implement technical solutions (on-prem and cloud) in compliance with architecture and security frameworks.
  
• Coordinate Solution Architects and architecture within your domain and provide technology leadership for the UXP (User Experience and Productivity) team.
  
• Mentor and lead Solution Architects within the UXP domain.
  
• Work with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to plan and implement technology transformation planning in support of our Transformation Strategy towards cloud, Dev-Sec-Ops models, and Digital Business framework.
  
• Design and implement cross vendor solution integrations and technology projects within the UXP domain (Collaboration, UX, Productivity, Web, Mobile, App platforms, Connectivity, Endpoint Computing, Cloud)
  
• Participate in the Architecture Review Board, addressing Solution Architecture, Design Authorities, integration planning, Configuration Management, Cyber assurance, and Roadmap convergence.
  
• Ensure the integrity and quality of all solutions in the UXP domain.
  
• Implement UXP domain project planning and management, integrate Application Platforms and Roadmaps, and balance TCO controls/Operational Readiness in coordination with PMO.
  
• Establish Service Ownership and Management of key technologies where required.
  
• Support consolidation of Application Platforms to integrate into Strategic Planning and business case justifications.
  
• Maintain and update overall domain architecture capabilities and develop the detailed domain strategy as part of the ARB, in compliance with Enterprise Architecture strategy and roadmaps.
  
• Establish technology innovation, assessment, and adoption framework in strong partnership across solution experts to deliver cyber-hardened/user-centric operating experience and design thinking.
  
• Monitor changes and advancements in technology to discover ways can gain competitive advantage.
  
• Initiate and foster strong alignment and collaboration with project teams, cyber, peers and colleagues and executive management.
  
• Provide technical capability & skillset assessment in support of UXP technical talent planning and core competency management.
  

Profil

As our ideal candidate,

• You have bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical path with a minimum of 7 year s experience as Solution Architect.
  
• You have 7 years hands-on experience in solution deployment, integration, operations management.
  
• You have 3 year s experience with working knowledge of cloud architecture planning.
  
• You have a minimum of 5 years in a program management role.
  
• You have a good understanding of cloud security principles (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS with Azure, or AWS).
  
• You have a strong background in user-centric solution design.
  
• You have strong communication skills and ability to build/maintain long-term business relationships.
  
• You demonstrate leadership in leading meeting with diversified audience (technical, senior management).
  
• You possess experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  
• You have a business proficient level of English (with French a strong plus).
