الوصف الوظيفي
- Energetic member of a high performing team who is able to oversee the entire value chain within the field practice in line with company strategy.
- Develop collaborative relationships based on trust, openness, honesty and transparency.
- Demonstrate authenticity, values and integrity.
- Responsible for driving sales, promotion and development in the assigned accounts to reach commercial goals.
- Develop customer development plan, dedicated actions plan for assigned accounts, align on account objectives and executes in line with company strategy.
- Analyze market situation including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and key competitors.
- Organize customer events and other programs independently or with marketing/medical department, in line with agrees company tactical plans.
- Continue to the mapping of stakeholders including segmentation and profiling and provide accurate and timely data for Taiba CRM system.
- Execute f2f field activities with commercial excellence in line with Taiba’s KPIs (Coverage, frequency and other CRM parameters).
- Follow up & support Digital initiatives when applicable.
