Offering non-technical advice and information regarding procedures, arrangements, queries and complaints and escalating them to the line manager if necessary.
To handle all relevant queries and investigate, resolve or escalate to the appropriate manager in a timelymanner.
To answer high volume incoming calls within three rings using company standardgreeting.
Toadheretoallcompanysafety/riskproceduresandtotakenecessaryappropriateactionin accordance with any breaches of these procedures, specifically the Lone WorkerPolicy.
To ensure that all correspondence is handled in an effective and efficient manner within agreed specifiedtimescales.
To prepare for and participate in monthly one to one meetings with the Office Manager/Senior BookingsCoordinator.
