In your role, you will:

• Apply system thinking big picture , develop an end to end understanding of business and Information System demand, vision and best practices
  
• Control, evaluate and prioritize business demand in collaboration with Client functions applying an end to end view
  
• Translate business needs into Information System requirements, ensure completeness of system requirements in alignment with client strategy, securing high quality standard
  
• Validate and evaluate Information System standard architecture & solutions against requirements
  
• Initiate projects including effort estimation according to project management framework in coordination with other Information System departments
  
• Drive the definition and implementation of end-to-end solutions to meet strategic goals considering the service roadmap
  
• Lead the creation of functional designs to improve or develop standard Information System solutions and services
  
• Promote standardization, integration and foster innovation
  
• Be a role model for integration with other analysts, architects and application specialists representing different functions
  
• Drive the definition and adherence of business case of new solutions and services
  
• Definition and monitoring of KPIs measuring the business impact
  
• Represent the interface to the client divisions into Information System for the respective solution and service
  
• Establish technology innovation, assessment, and adoption framework in strong partnership across solution experts to deliver cyber-hardened/user-centric operating experience and design thinking.
  
• Monitor changes and advancements in technology to discover ways client can gain competitive advantage.
  
• Initiate and foster strong alignment and collaboration with project teams, cyber, peers and colleagues and executive management.
  
• Understand the key stakeholders interests and motivations and develop individual strategies to build support for the change
  
• Content lead for delivery of projects,
  
• Contribute to a solution enabling the business to create value using Information system standard solutions at optimal cost
  
• Drive implementation standardization, simplification and integration of processes/technologies according to client function definitions
  
• Support definition of change management scope of Information System projects
  
• Manage the end user adoption and business process support process
  
• Maintain key user networks and drive adoption of users towards standard solutions
  
• Ensure integration of Information System services across functions supported by Information System Applications and Information System Infrastructure
  
• Participate in the Architecture Review Board, addressing Solution Architecture, Design Authorities, integration planning, Configuration Management, Cyber assurance, and Roadmap convergence
  
• Understand market trends and solutions, asses existing solutions against them and influence the roadmap
  
• Understand the Architecture of any Cloud environment, network ,firewalls , SSO, Siteminder
  
• Understanding of programming languages - SQL , Python, Java, C++
  
• Ensure end-to-end service performance is aligned and meet the SLA, supported by Information System Applications and Infrastructure
  
• Define and report on a regularly basis KPIs to identify improvement potential.
  
• Support the business in benefit analysis for the business case
  
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the business processes and Information System applications in order to be able to link them in the most efficient way. Any misalignment will result in business productivity loss. The position owner must understand the business strategy and convert it in process improvements supported by standard Information System solutions.
  
• Participate in mapping business needs into Information System solutions/ services
  

Profil

As our ideal candidate,

• You have a university Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or comparable qualification.
  
• You have Minimum 10 years of experience.
  
• You have working experience in the field of Architecture, Applications or Business / IT Consulting in the field of Finance
  
• You have profound expertise in the area of Finance processes in a complex project environment
  
• You have experience in managing change and end user adoption. It is key for this position to fully understand the Finance processes in detail in order to be able to build solution that can bring business value while deploying standard application solution. This is through this role that the definition of standards will be achieved. This job is requesting a permanent assessment of the business processes against the Information system solution and with the market standard solution.
  
• You have strong influencing skills in order to identify business needs and translate them into requirements and Information systemsolutions
  
• You have leadership skills and in-depth knowledge.
  
• You have the ability to address and discuss solutions with a wide range of profiles including management.

• You have the ability to speak and write fluent business English. Proficiency in French is an asset.
  
• You have well-balanced experience in SAP4HANA, and Finance processes as well as IT/ ERP project delivery (full project lifecycle experience). Experience in working in manufacturing industry is beneficial.
