Working with HPs networking technology mainly Aruba for access switches and wireless and Aruba NAC solution Clearpass. Establish the network environment by designing system configurations, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standard. Do the configuration of LAN, WAN and wireless equipment. Prepare NIP and NRFU and final project document VMWare and security knowledge Successfully resolve complex technical issues involving (hardware and software) for internal or external businesses. Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as configuration and repair issues, based on customer entitlement. Proactively assist internal, or external businesses and end-users in avoiding or reducing the problem occurrence. Act as a project lead providing on-site support to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. Document new issue resolution techniques and add these to the knowledge base. Partners with the Project Managers to provide, SOW, HLD, LLD, and project documentation. Partners with the Project Managers to sign off projects at the planned time. Participate in 24x7 Rota to provide the second level support for contracted customers. Create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible for providing technical support in the delivery of technology solutions to meet customers business needs. Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time and following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system, and to update the Service Manager cases on time.
