Job Description:

• This individual will work with their direct leadership to drive The planning and analytics across our DE team. The ideal candidate has a proven record as an experienced high potential talent demonstrating drive, ambition, financial and analytical acuity, and emotional intelligence.

• This position will partner with the Finance leadership team and DE business Leadership team by bringing strong capabilities in forecasting and analysis, trend identification, and insight generation to support impactful reporting, along with effective process management. They will link to finance colleagues across Global IT Finance and the Digital Commerce Finance team to ensure alignment financially and around core results for Corporate FP&A.

• Providing financial planning and analysis support to the Digital Engineering (DE) and the Global IT Shared Service organizations around monthly/quarterly reporting, and planning/forecasting mechanisms.

• Developing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly forecasts; conducting variance analysis; preparing AR financials and other ad hoc analysis.

• Completing key month-end close processes and post-close reporting for operating expenses and capital spending.

• Partner with Digital Commerce (e-Business) and Digital Engineering to educate the teams and ensure alignment on classification between Capital vs Expense of internally developed software per the accounting policy.

• Drive key analytics around headcount (HC) and labor charge backs in order to make recommendations on overall HC strategy and chargeback model.

• Delivering operational improvements to drive efficiency and customer ease of use.

• Process Acuity: Excellent skills with MS Excel (management and synthesis of large data sets) and MS PowerPoint (compelling storytelling), along with Oracle, HFM, and COGNOS (financial system aptitude).

• Adaptability: Ability to work cross-functionally with individuals and teams from different areas and drive continuous operational improvement in daily activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role.
