Location: Winchester Virginia 22603

Duration: 6 Months

Job Type: Contract

Work Type: Onsite.

Job Description:

• Responsibilities include recruiting activities to include requisition management, interviewing, background check, drug screen administration, job fair coordination, scheduling and participation in orientations, communication of such activities to plant and candidates. Other HR duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment activities, excellent communication skills and organizational skills, proficient with computer MS office, HRIS system (Workday/Kronos is a plus)
