Conduct screenings, complete reports, and do all necessary background checks on locally employed persons being screened including not limited to newly hired staff;
Screenings will include an in-depth interview utilizing a standardized interview method supported/approved by the Installation Access Application (IAA) and Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), as well as records checks and biometric enrollment;
Utilize equipment to include NRTIO (Near Real-Time Identity Operations) biometrics, PCASS (Preliminary Credibility Assessment Screening System), and/or CELLEX;
Work in concert with the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS), the Site Security Manager (SSM), and necessary biometrics databases in order to accomplish required screenings
The screening process will be conducted in accordance with applicable USCENTCOM and USAFCENT security directives;
Structure interviews to create a professional and respectful environment;
Follow Standard Operating Procedures based upon the local environment, host nation processes, and applicable US or host nation requirements or laws;
Contactor personnel will live off base, but will have access to some on-base facilities.
Four or more years of investigations experience with AFOSI, the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID);
Experience with screening processes and investigative questioning techniques;
Knowledge of standard interview methods approved/supported by IAA and AFOSI;
Experience with biometric equipment to include NRTIO biometrics, PCASS, and/or CELLEX;
