Senior IT Product Owner

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements with project owners and stakeholders.
• Perform requirements analysis.
• Document requirements through BRDs and SRSs technical documents for new systems / changes.
• Manage frequent scrum meetings for technical teams.
• Manage products backlog of user stories and the prioritization process throughout the project.
• Abide to all the project and company guidelines and standards, regarding security of information, safety, quality standards and business conduct standards, ensuring that all the team members are doing so.
• Constantly motivate and encourage team members to give their best and increase their productivity.
• Responsible for managing the detailed change requests (CRs) process, through business analysis, development and testing.
• Collaborate and review in the developing of the design structure abiding with the requirements of the system
• Collaborate and review the testing process; to keep a check on the whole system fulfilling the requirements.
• Reports to Product Owner Lead/Manager
