My client is stepping up to offer a $50,000 retention bonus for Emergency Room Registered Nurse - Full-Time, day & night-shifts. The bonus is paid out at $10,000 over 5 years.

Shifts: 12 hour shift, day or night, weekend availability

Total Rewards:

• Salary: $30.99 - $46.75 per hour ($64,459-$97,240 per year) dependent on experience
• Retention Bonus: $50K distributed annually at $10K over 5 years

Qualifications: Required, Preferred, Must-Haves & Nice-to-Haves

• 1-year surgical services nursing experience year-acute care setting (Required)
• RN-TX or RN- NLC (Required)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Educational qualifications providing ability to obtain a Registered Nurse license (Required)
