الوصف الوظيفي
- Supporting the negotiation of Business Plans with Suppliers and sub-distributor/retailer network (online + offline)
- Monitoring sell-in achievement and implementing corrective measures where necessary to achieve targets
- Monitoring sell-out achievement and implementing correcting measure where necessary to achieve targets
- Negotiating best locations for the best possible representation of the brand at retailers
- Achieving internal ranking targets at retailer level. Putting corrective plans in place where necessary
- Identifying offline POS where BA introduction will support increasing the sales achievement/ranking of our brands. Assessing the financial feasibility and reporting internally for decision-making
- Supporting the identification and recruitment of BAs that are fit for our target competency levels, physical appearance, and the company’s work culture
- Developing and proposing commission/incentive plans for BAs aligned to the commercial objectives of the company. Ensuring the financial feasibility of such programs in line with A&P budgets
- Timely reporting of commission/incentive calculations to accounting to ensure timely payment to BA staff
