We are currently looking for a Teamlead Influencer Marketing Germany Shoop & iGraal (m/f/d) to join our Influencer Marketing Team in Paris. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

• Management, organization and support of the German Influencer Marketing team
• Strategic alignment and further development of the Influencer Marketing Strategy for the German market
• Planning, monitoring and continuous optimization of the annual budget
• Researching new trends and keeping an eye on the competitive landscape
• Representation of interests with regard to the needs of the team
• Cross-functional exchange with our other teams (e. g. Sales, CRM, ) to further improve performance
• Keeping a continuous overview of the campaign reporting, analysis of performance data and derivation of action measures

We are a match if you have...

• gained relevant and in-depth work experience in Influencer Marketing
• a high affinity for all topics related to the influencer world as well as advanced knowledge in this area and its KPIs
• excellent writing and communication skills and excel in building relationships and working in a team
• a detail-oriented, analytical and problem-solving approach
• an up to date knowledge about the newest influencer trends, the current market situation and competitive environment
• a big love for the digital world and perfectly know how to navigate it
• the following language skills: German on a native level German and are fluent in written and spoken English
