Compensation

B2B: 15 000 - 24 000 PLN per month + VAT

UoP (Contract of Employment - Umowa o Prac ): 12 400 - 19 000 PLN gross

with 21+ paid vacation days per year and other benefits (listed below)

B2B contract preferred, employment contract also available

Full-time availability preferred, 32h per week minimum.

Remote / Office

Work fully remotely or from our headquarters in Warsaw. Hybrid model and co-working space budget also available.

Tasks

We re currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Product Designer.

An ideal candidate will be ready and eager to take ownership of the entire product design workflow in our exciting commercial and internal projects.

You ll work closely together with fellow Designers, Product Owners, and Engineers to stay aligned on scope and priorities and to ensure proper implementation of your designs.

Requirements

• 4+ years in end-to-end digital product design (UX/UI)
• Portfolio demonstrating bullet-proof design process, showcasing rationale behind design decisions, ability to articulate the how and why
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills
• English fluency (B2/C1)
• Understanding of mobile and web usability, UX best practices
• Strong knowledge of modern design & prototyping tools (Figma proficiency a must; Adobe Creative Cloud / Framer / InVision etc. a plus)
• Navigating worthwhile trends with ease (fluency in quality novelties combined with "quality > novelty" mentality)
• Balancing empathising with end-users to prioritise their satisfaction with sensitivity to our and our partners business needs
• Hands-on and diving deep in the details, mindful of the big picture
• Genuine curiosity and willingness to keep growing eagerness for feedback, appreciation of the iterative process of designing and building products
• Strong sense of ethics

Nice-to-haves

• Facilitation experience planning and running workshops with clients, gathering insights that inform strategic decisions and concept development
• A background in or a passion for: brand strategy / communications / marketing / business / web3
• Motion design skills
