الوصف الوظيفي
- The Senior Executive Officer serves as chief executive and, in partnership with the Board, is responsible for the success of the Firm. Together, the Board and Senior Executive Officer assure the accomplishment of the Firm’s mission and vision.
- The Board has delegated responsibility for management and day-to-day operations to the Senior Executive Officer and has given him/her the authority to carry out these responsibilities, in accordance with the direction and policies established by the Board.
- The Senior Executive Officer provides direction and facilitates the Board in carrying out its governance functions.
- Set the vision, mission and strategy for the company along with the Board
