الوصف الوظيفي
- Inspection and analysis of seals – read interpret and understand simple to complex component part and assembly drawings.
- Determine most appropriate measuring devices for attributes being checked based upon part designs and levels of accuracy required.
- Support production by responding to requests from manufacturing for confirmation of part and tooling accuracy.
- Continually work with the customer via telephone, email and other communication channels to support their needs.
- Technical Support: Conduct application assessment, make seal & system selection.
- Other duties may include single spring and bearing protection support.
- Be trained to understand seal failure analysis to a level of competence and to write reports and discuss on conference calls with customers as needed.
- Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice, as determined by business needs.
