Videographer + editor

• Shoot video and record audio in both studio and location settings
• Maintaining video and studio equipment
• Creating motion graphics and finished videos for a variety of end uses
• Being a Design thought partner for the consulting team - Leverages visual story-telling and develops creative ideas and concepts to meet the client's objectives
• Creating videos, animations, and other multimedia projects for use with clients and internally
• Ensuring consistency in style, tone, messaging, and quality of video and enhancing projects including sound mixing, graphics, and special effects
• Post production editing and modification of existing footage performing strategic editing to ensure end video tells a story design and implementing motion graphics for maximum impact
• Works to a brief agreed with the client teams and in compliance with BCG standards
• Build relationships with external partners Camera teams
• Experience with video production equipment (DSLR and P2 cameras, lights, audio devices)
