Babbel s CRM program has a sizable impact on subscriber growth and engagement, and on the company s revenue. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Director of Revenue CRM will lead a group of highly motivated, creative and dedicated professionals in driving subscription growth, improving monetization and increasing lifecycle engagement among our customers.
As Babbel diversifies its Product Portfolio, new and exciting opportunities are emerging for the CRM team. This is an ideal opportunity for an analytical, customer-centric marketer who has a proven history in driving CRM innovation and growth in a company with multiple product lines.
Your impact will be wide and deep - from managing top-funnel to bottom-funnel consumer communications including conversion, monetization and retention programs. In addition to your direct responsibility for managing all revenue CRM, you will serve as the Chapter Lead for all CRM professionals at Babbel, creating common approaches and sharing best practices across revenue, product and engagement teams.
