Play an active role in identifying and developing new training material that foster and/or improve the trainings delivered to the community representatives.
Responsible for successful preparation of training activities, including any preparations needed.
Assist with general program operations and training activities.
Liaise with and support key program staff to ensure that the program is running effectively and making best use of program resources.
Responsible for trainings logistics and administrations.
Deliver training segments and co-train with the Training Coordinator as needed and planned.
Prepare and track attendance lists, and ensure proper documentation of the trainings.
Data-entry of training activities information, as assigned.
Organize and maintain the calendar for training activities.
Ensure monitoring of project activities, and contribute to the project evaluation, including end of project survey and interviews.
Document all program activities on activity log sheet, achievements and challenges in weekly reports.
Submit required reports (training reports, activity reports, weekly reports) to the Organizational Capacity Building Senior Coordinator
Facilitate and coordinate visits, assessments, research to reflect project activities impact.
