Run and analyze the identified Customer Service reports customer service management reports, weekly and monthly management reports, and team performance and use the results to deliver the business objectives

Ensure adherence and completion of every driver

Work closely with other team leaders within and outside the company to ensure that overall operational objectives are met, ideas shared and lessons learned

Work across the country to share best practices and standardize processes

Develop a team environment that supports continuous improvements & promotes the delivery
