الوصف الوظيفي
- Coordinate and provide patient scheduling for the Clinic.
- Provide an efficient and effective secretarial and administrative service across the department.
- Screens, reviews and directs requests for information.
- Coordinates appropriate responses with team members to inquiries to the clinic.
- Enters patients in the appropriate databases and scheduling systems
- Confirms patient appointments and enters them in the appropriate electronic record systems
- Coordinates with external referring entities and other internal clinics regarding patient scheduling.
- Maintains medical office databases and creates reports as needed.
- Identifies and compiles information for dissemination.
- Manages scheduling for all patients and surgeries of the clinic
- Directs staff as appropriate in order to ensure seamless customer service to all internal and external entities
