Developing and updating filing systems to maintain records of documents for the Group employees.�
Providing administrative support through various office duties such as scheduling phone calls and contacting vendors and suppliers.
Coordinating with printing agencies to prepare business cards for employees, as well as any other printing/designing-related requirements.
Maintain stock of stationery items, pantry items, toiletries, etc. and accordingly create sales orders to ensure the stock is available in the offices.
Maintain a systematic filing and tracking of the Group Medical Insurance and coordinate with the insurance company to provide it for the Group employees.
Coordinate with Telecommunication Company to activate mobile SIM cards, provide local/international packages and maintain a tracking order of all active/inactive lines for all Group employees.
Coordinate with travel agency and Human Resources to book flight tickets for employees/their families and maintain tracking for the same.
Managing drivers by determining schedules to yield maximum efficiency and meet requirements.�
Assisting human resources department with personnel databases and requirements.
�Support HR team in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces etc.
