- Develops and maintains a variety of effective decision-making processes that build consensus, commitment, and collaboration.
- Oversees and coordinates the kindergarten program daily operations and administration.
- Manages and actively participates in marketing activities and special events, including school tours, festivals, open houses, parent meetings and community events…etc.
- Fosters and maintains positive and professional relationships with parents, children, staff, management.
- Liaises with the superintendent, staff, stakeholders, community partner to develop and maintain current strategic plan.
- Manages and mentors all aspects of staff development, team building and a culture of continuous learning in an inclusive learning environment.
- Is the chief point of contact for all parent-related matters.
