الوصف الوظيفي
- Manage and maintain the optimal operations of our partner systems and processes, ensuring minimal transaction resolution time, high transaction fidelity and reliability and maximized internal efficiency
- Support Sales, Finance and ISM alignment with initiatives and processes that support strong customer satisfaction, optimized partner and internal efficiency
- Develop a deep understanding of merchant products, support processes, business systems, and reporting technologies
- Provide oversight to ensure execution of VIK transactions are meeting business requirements and are within guidelines and in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Implement new technical solutions which help to automate manual processes
- Maintain current GCSO owned systems to ensure maximum productivity of GCSO Operations
- Configure systems as business needs change to ensure highest level of efficiency of operations teams
- Work directly with Channel Partners to implement Order Management Web Services within their back office systems
- Maintain and update ongoing internal technical systems which support the daily work of GCSO operational teams
- Drive Operational change in terms of processes and automation
