الوصف الوظيفي
- Ensuring monthly/yearly sales targets are met and over-achieved
- Developing an expert knowledge of the ordable/ platform
- Individually prospecting customers to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Researching and understanding the market including competitor analysis
- Maintaining detailed records in CRM and your sales pipeline to develop strong forecasting capability
- Analyze client data and understand industry benchmarks, business trends, and opportunities to recommend the most effective growth strategies
- Provide real-time coaching to support them in achieving the assigned goals.
- Internally, act as an ambassador of the client’s business goals and expectations
- Grow the Ordable footprint within the client’s business, including communicating with and pitching to executive-level leadership
- Understand and improve key account indicators, including client satisfaction, revenue goals, targets, profitability, and strategic objectives
- Assisting in hiring and training new team members
