الوصف الوظيفي
- Conducts site visits to monitor, analyze gaps and proceed with quality improvement plans for each health center, mainly in the following fields:(infection control, risk management, environmental and waste services, occupational health and safety, clinical procedures, firefighting and safety), and others if requested
- Educates and trains staff as to the quality improvement plan, and their respective responsibilities in carrying out the quality improvement program.
- Responsible for maintaining quality management documents, case files and correspondence in an organized, confidential and secure manner.
- Facilitate Quality Improvement Committees: Develop meeting agendas and facilitate meetings, and advise and assure that quality improvement ideas are carried out and evaluated.
- Actively participates on risk management and provide recommendation on prioritization of issues in risk assessment
- Leads and participates in the accreditation process for
- Coordinates incoming complaints and proceeds with the investigation and tracking resolution times.
- Contribute to the development of tools and resources to support the investigation of complaints
- Prepares and sends regular reports to the HOD
