QHSE OFFICER

Responsibilities will include:

Performs planned and spot audits

Maintains Records in the quality, health safety, and environment division.

Acts as custodian of the documents and records of the quality, health safety, and environment division.

Assists in the training and implementation of the system procedures.

Day-to-day monitoring of the Quality Management system.

Maintains Quality Awareness among personnel and ensures that the procedures and instructions are followed.

Trains new personnel on the Quality Management System and related standards.

Conducts statistical analyses related to quality, health safety, and environment indicators.

Updates list of quality forms and assist in the follow-up and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Distributes and communicates the system documents to the concerned departments.

Receives customer claims and reports them to the QHSE Manager.
Performs regular backups when necessary.

Follows up purchases related to the quality, health safety, and environment division and maintains their files.

Ensures the legal requirements related to the safety of personnel and equipment, environmental regulations, and any other prevailing law affecting the company process control are properly fulfilled.

Assists the quality manager in the maintenance of the Laboratory Information Management System.

Assists in training employees on the implementation of the Laboratory Information Management System.

Monitoring and assessing hazardous situations and developing measures to assure personnel and environment safety.

Educational and Experience

BS or equivalent.

Minimum of one to 4 years experience in Quality Management with relevant knowledge in ISO 9001 and 17025 (is a must).

Nebosh holder

Knowledge of ISO 9001, 17025, and Quality Management Systems.

Internal Quality Audit training and experience.
