Job description:
Receive orders from the sales team and create new items on the system.
Track item stock availability and keep the sales team up-to-date.
Communicate with the Procurement Team to release orders for non-stock items.
Ensure all materials are stocked up in a timely manner at the warehouse at all times.
Make invoices and generate necessary sales reports from the system.
Coordinate with all departments to fulfil the customer orders.
Requirements:
Must be Bilingual (Arabic and English speaker)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Graduate with min. 3 years experience in the position, preferably within the IT industry
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP and Inventory Management is a must
