Job Description

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants
• Prepare merchandise for purchase.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and policies regarding payment and exchanges.
• Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.
• Answer customer questions about goods or services.
• Advise customers on the use of products.
• Demonstrate products to consumers.
• Deal With Unpleasant or Angry consumers.
