الوصف الوظيفي
- Review and understand all relevant documentation pertaining to the RFP scope of services
- Adhere to our corporate cost engineering procedures
- Prepare internal and external cost reports as per the above - mentioned procedures and scope of services
- Identify project controls concerns and informs management of significant variances
- Analyze and interpret financial reports, identify trends and make recommendations where necessary
- Liaise with Client personnel as necessary
- Analyze and prepare work - hour and cost forecasts for the projects
- Attend and represent in meetings concerning cost matters
- Identify and analyzing deviations and trends against the budgets. Investigating such deviations with the relevant group and advising Project Manager / Project Controls Manager of issues requiring corrective action
