Job Description
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices and sales.
- Develop sales annual plan in compliance with the company overall objectives.
- Set periodic check reviews for the implemented plan and list of corrective actions if needed.
- Translate functional KPI’s into SMART objectives for the team and set monitoring mechanism to measure actual performance vs. KPI’s and set the related SLA’s.
- Deliver requirements for the needed solutions and systems that should enhance the customer satisfaction.
- Effective participation and attendance at regular meetings for management
- Sales plans must be designed to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products and service
- Support in sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with higher management to develop sales strategies to improve market share
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Support in developing quarterly plans for sales team
- Monitoring and evaluation of sales team
- Provide a weekly report on the selling activity and behavioral performance of its members Monthly achieve the desired target.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- BS/MS degree in any field.
- Demonstrable experience in sales together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales and measurement.
- Must own a Car.
Skills and Experience:
- 7-10 years total experience in same industry.
