Schedule weekly internal trainer’s workshops according to the announced training plan.
Communicates internal training details and logistics to the concerned stakeholders.
Manages all print requests, stationaries inventory with the procurement team.
Plan participants list according to the required training slots per internal/external workshop.
Communicates and coordinates for in-house or external training venues required for all workshops.
Send individual formal detailed invitations to internal/external workshop participants before any workshop’s date with 5 business days and 3 days at least.
Documents the daily participant’s attendance, reports back attendance post workshops, and updates department’s collective records sheet and LMS.
Collects and documents workshops evaluation forms post workshops.
Collect the trainer’s feedback for participants and report back a detailed post report to the concerned stakeholders.
Update all the department’s documentation, compliance exercise tracker, and the reporting’s over the department’s shared folder.
Issues certificates of participation/achievements for all workshops participants who fulfilled the workshop requirements.
Job Requirements
1 – 2 years of work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
Fluency in English is a must.
Basic knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
