الوصف الوظيفي
- Managing the launch of new E-commerce websites aimed at the Kuwait market.
- Coordinating a team of Web designers, Video producers, Copywriters, Digital Advertisers, SEO, and social media experts to successfully launch new e-shops.
- Market Analysis to understand how products should be pushed to the right audience through the right Digital media channels.
- Business/Marketing plan creation, including budgets and forecast. Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained.
- Leverage on raw data to take informed Business Intelligence decisions through Data Analysis and BI tools.
- Managing overall E-commerce operations, from Market Analysis to Finance, legal compliance, and Digital advertising.
- Monthly/quarterly/annual performance KPI and progress reports to Management.
- Provide leadership and direction to cross functional team while working with other Country Managers and cross departments to capture andoptimize synergies.
- Drive overall top line and profitability development
