الوصف الوظيفي
- Provides leadership in the delivery of reliable, accurate, timely and well-informed advice to the Management team and various departments on legal issues and potential legal implications of various hospital strategies and business initiatives;
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the hospital’s full legal rights;
- Proactively anticipates issues and estimates risk strategically;
- Effectively handle all legal matters and litigations of the hospital.
- Shall represent the hospital before the concerned authorities, court & police as required.
- Prepares comprehensive briefs on each case that goes to trial.
- Prepares and files legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, contracts and deeds.
- Maintains a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances based on case requirements.
- Schedules and administers full deposition of case witnesses and experts.
